RI Weather Today – July 3, 2020
by Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
Weak low pressure hangs around offshore around which some unstable air will filter into the area with the chance for some showers and a thunderstorm or two mainly well inland. Still muggy, but without the sunny heat of yesterday, and a decent northeast breeze will move the air around for a better feel. Morning lows in the low 70’s will rise to the upper 70’s in the afternoon.
