RI Weather Today – July 22, 2020
by Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
A warm front approaches from the southwest ahead of which some midday showers may be triggered over the area. Cloud cover after any showers are done will again increase towards the end of the day with afternoon highs punching into the 80’s. Dew points in the upper 60’s will make for some muggy conditions as the air sits quietly given the lack of any significant breeze.
