RI Weather Today – Jan. 26, 2021
by Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
Low pressure will move into the northeast US during the day, with light snow beginning around 3-4 pm and carrying into the night. High pressure currently in place will help to push the bulk of the system to our south, so we’re not expecting any major accumulations before midnight, between ½” to 1”. Morning lows under partial sun will be in the mid 20’s and followed by afternoon highs in the mid to upper 30’s with a light northeasterly breeze.
