RI Weather Today, Friday, December 6, 2019
By Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
An early December clipper system will tear through the area during the day with the highest likelihood of precipitation during the afternoon between the hours of 3 and 6 pm, helped along by southwesterly breezes gusting towards 20 mph. Temps will be close to the normal range, morning lows in the upper 20’s and afternoon highs in the low 40’s. The clipper will be bookended by partly cloudy skies, typical of these quick early Winter hitters.
