Providence City Council, Ward 1 – Miguel Martinez Youngs over John Goncalves by 68 votes

Providence City Council, Ward 4 – Justin M. Roias over Joseph A. Casoli by 44 votes

Providence City Council, Ward 9 – Juan Pichado over Carmen L. Castillo by 2 votes

Woonsocket Mayor – Daniel M. Gendron over Christopher A. Beauchamp, by 149 votes

    If all those who requested a Republican ballot…..but would have voted for Smiley had they had a chance Morales might not have won.

    Rhode Island Primary Day is in the books. As a poll worker I’m exhausted. Did you vote yesterday? If you did…THANK YOU! If you didn’t vote and you don’t like the results, you’re partially responsible. November General Elections are coming up in 55+ days. #Vote!
