Rhode Island Weekend Weather, July 15/16, 2023 – John Donnelly

Saturday 7/15/23:
Partly cloudy skies with sporadic showers and an embedded thunderstorm here and there through the day with muggy conditions. Morning lows in the low 70’s rising to around 80 with a southerly breeze.
It’s a “C” day!
Sunday 7/16/23:
Trough of low pressure positioned over southern New England with showers and scattered thunderstorms likely particularly in the afternoon. A tight temperature range with lows in the low 70’s rising only to the mid 70’s and a gusty southerly breeze.

John Donnelly was born in Hialeah, Florida and moved back to Rhode Island and settled in Johnston, where he grew up until graduating from Lyndon State College in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology.
