Rhode Island Weekend Weather for Oct. 14/15, 2023 – John Donnelly
by John Donnelly, meteorologist
Saturday 10/14/23:
Low pressure systems over the upper midwest of the southeastern US eventually join forces as they move east and northeast respectively, delivering some late afternoon and evening light rain to the area. Most of the upper dynamics will be forced south of us, so no real threat of intense rain or thunderstorms. Morning lows in the upper 40’s rise to around 60 with a light breeze from the west.
It’s a “C” day!
Sunday 10/15/23:

Rain ends in the morning as the low pressure system moves out to sea. Wet morning lows in the upper 40’s warm to around 60 once again with a breakup in the cloud cover during the afternoon, and a decent northerly breeze gusting to 25 mph.
It’s a “B” day!
