Rhode Island Weekend Weather for Dec. 16/17, 2023 – John Donnelly

Saturday 12/16/23:
First half of the weekend remains rain free, high pressure doing it’s best to keep southern New England out of trouble. Not a bad day overall, with cloud cover increasing through the afternoon and into the evening ahead of strengthening low pressure riding up the east coast. Morning lows in the mid 30’s warming to the upper 40’s with a light northeasterly breeze.
It’s a “B” day!
Sunday 12/17/23:

High cloud cover in the morning with lows in the mid 30’s give way to evening rain and a high in the mid 50’s with an increasing northeasterly breeze gusting to the mid 20 mph rainge.Expecting rain starting around 6pm and carrying on through the night.
It’s a “C” day!
