Rhode Island Weather for May 26, 2026
Rhode Island gets a much warmer, brighter spring day on Tuesday, with sunshine filtered through high clouds and temperatures climbing well above the past few damp days.
Morning: Mild and comfortable, with temperatures starting near 60°F and rising quickly under partly sunny to high-cloud skies.
Afternoon: Warm and pleasant, with highs around 80–83°F inland, though coastal areas may stay a little cooler with a light breeze.
Evening: Still mild and mostly dry, with temperatures easing back through the 70s into the 60s under partly cloudy skies.
Overall, it is a very nice late-May day — warm, dry, and much more inviting for outdoor plans, with only a small deduction for some high clouds and possible coastal cooling.
It’s a A- day!
