Rhode Island Weather for October 31, 2025 – a “C+” Day!
Morning: Expect a cool and mostly cloudy start, with temperatures in the mid-50s °F (around 55–57 °F). Skies will likely remain overcast, and a light rain or drizzle may linger from overnight, making the start of the day damp.
Afternoon: Conditions will stay mostly cloudy with a chance of light showers or drizzle still hanging around. Highs will hover in the upper 50s °F (around 58–60 °F) but the cloud cover and dampness may keep it from feeling truly warm.
Evening: As evening arrives, skies remain mostly cloudy. Temperatures will drop toward the upper 40s to low 50s °F (around 49–51 °F). There’s a possibility of lingering drizzle, so it will feel crisp and slightly unsettled—especially for outdoor activities like trick-or-treating.
Not a bad day for late October, but persistent clouds, dampness, and modest warmth.
“It’s a C+ day”!
