Rhode Island Weather for November 28, 2023 – John Donnelly

Northwesterly breezes gusting to 25 mph with cool air in place will introduce some wind chill, so afternoon highs that only reach the upper 30’s will feel like the upper 20’s. Brrr. Partly cloudy afternoon skies clear in the evening as lows drop to the upper 20’s.

It’s a “B-” day!

John Donnelly was born in Hialeah, Florida and moved back to Rhode Island and settled in Johnston, where he grew up until graduating from Lyndon State College in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology. As a child John always wanted to know how air moved, and he ran towards, not away from, thunder and lighting and various other ominous weather phenomena.
