Rhode Island Weather for November 16, 2025 – it’s a “C” day!
Morning: Waking to rain, heavy at times. Then, fog and overcast skies dominate, with temperatures starting around the upper 40s °F and climbing toward the mid-50s °F. Expect it to feel somewhat mild for the season, though clouds and wind limits any brightness.
Afternoon: Rain returns — expect a steady chance of showers as the day progresses. Highs should hover in the low-50s °F, but the damp and wind will make it feel cooler. Increasing winds.
Evening: Rain likely continues a come and go into the evening, and temperatures will drop toward the lower 30s to low 40s °F as night sets in. Expect damp, chilly conditions.
A wet, windy, and somewhat dreary day: while temperatures are decent for November, the persistent rain and cloud cover reduce outdoor comfort significantly.
