Afternoon: Some slight warming into the low-40s °F, but skies stay mostly cloudy and the afternoon will feel brisk and winter-like.

Evening: Clear to partly cloudy; the air drops back into the upper-20s °F overnight. Big drop from the afternoon sun.

The day is cold, grey and not particularly inviting for extended outdoor time.
