Rhode Island Weather for January 8, 2026 – a “B-” Day
Morning: Expect mostly sunny to partly sunny skies with cool temperatures starting near freezing (upper 20s to low 30s°F). It should be a dry and bright start to the day, with sun increasing through the morning.
Afternoon: Mostly sunny conditions continue into the afternoon with highs likely in the mid-40s°F. Clouds may build slightly later, but precipitation is not expected during this period — making it one of the nicer parts of the week weather-wise.
Evening: The evening should remain dry and mostly clear to partly cloudy, with temperatures falling back toward the 30s°F after sunset. Winds should be light and conditions calm.
A cool but pleasant winter day, with plenty of sunshine, no significant precipitation, and comfortable conditions for most outdoor activities, especially in the afternoon.
It’s a “B-” day!
