Rhode Island Weather for January 13, 2026 – a “B” Day!
Morning:
The day begins cold and mostly clear to partly cloudy, with early temperatures in the upper 20s to low 30s. Dry air and light winds make for a crisp but calm start.
Afternoon:
Expect partly sunny to mostly sunny skies during the afternoon. Temperatures rise to around 40–43°F, close to seasonal norms. No precipitation is expected, and winds remain light — a decent winter afternoon.
Evening:
Skies stay mostly clear into the evening, with temperatures falling back into the low to mid-30s. Conditions remain dry and quiet overnight, though it will feel chilly after sunset.
Dry weather, some sunshine, and seasonable temperatures make this one of the better January days — not warm, but pleasant by winter standards and free of rain or snow.
