Morning:
Temperatures start cold in the upper teens to low 20s°F with mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies. Winds are relatively light, and conditions are dry early with very low chances of precipitation. Continued winter chill makes it feel crisp.
Afternoon:
High temperatures rise into the low-to-mid 40s°F — warmer than typical late-winter days — with sunshine mixed with some clouds. Dry and mild by winter standards, it’s one of the more pleasant windows of the day.
Evening:
Temperatures drop back into the upper teens to low 20s°F after sunset, with skies becoming partly cloudy to mostly clear. Dry conditions continue, and winds remain light, making for a cold but calm Valentine’s evening.
