Rhode Island Weather for Feb. 21, 2025 – Jack Donnelly
by Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
High pressure over the mid-west presses in and clears away any remaining cloud cover over the NEUS during the morning, and abundant yet ineffective sunlight graces us for the remainder of the day and evening.
Morning lows in the upper teens give way to an afternoon high… if you can call it that… of 31, with a gusty northwesterly breeze.
It’s a “C+” day!
