Rhode Island Weather for December 22, 2023 – John Donnelly
by John Donnelly, meteorologist
A nice and easy chilly solstice evening ushers in the commencement of Winter. Clear and calm, cool but wicked dry….good star gazing, if you can handle it, under a waxing gibbous moon.
Morning frost free lows in the mid 20’s rise only to the mid 30’s under abundant sunshine and nearly calm winds.
Winter Solstice at exactly 10:27 pm. Let’s not have anyone launch themselves into any volcano’s, mmm kay?
It’s a “B” day!
