Rhode Island Weather for April 2, 2026
Morning: Expect overcast skies with sprinkles or light showers possible, temperatures starting in the low 40s°F and holding steady or slightly dropping, with high humidity making it feel raw and around 34-38°F. Bundle up with layers and a rain jacket.

Afternoon: Conditions remain mostly cloudy to overcast with a chance of intermittent light rain or drizzle, highs reaching about 43-45°F. Winds may pick up a bit, keeping things feeling raw; limited sun means it won’t warm up much, so outdoor plans should account for damp, cool weather.
Evening: Overcast skies continue into the night with lingering sprinkles possible early on, temperatures dropping into the upper 30s°F (low around 37-38°F). Humidity stays high, and winds ease slightly, but it will still feel quite chilly after dark.
It’s a “C-” Day!
