Rhode Island Weather for December 14, 2023 – John Donnelly
by John Donnelly, meteorologist
Similar to yesterday, with the one exception being lighter winds keeping the wind chills from being so off-putting. On the cool side still, Morning lows in the upper 20’s but dry, so little to no frost likely, and afternoon highs in the upper 30’s with a light west-northwesterly breeze less than 10 mph.
It’s a “B” day!
