Rhode Island Weather for December 13, 2025 – a “B-” Day
Morning: Cold and mostly cloudy, but dry. Temperatures in the upper 20s to low 30s.
Afternoon: Cloudy and cold, remaining dry through the daytime hours. Highs in the mid-30s.
Evening / Tonight: Snow develops late, likely after dark, with temperatures dropping into the upper 20s. Accumulation and travel impacts become more likely overnight
The daytime hours stay manageable and dry, but late snow tonight keeps this from being a higher grade.
It’s a B- day!
