Rhode Island Weather for April 7, 2026
Morning: Starts mostly cloudy and chilly, with temperatures in the upper 30s°F near sunrise. There is a chance of a few rain or snow showers (mainly before 8 a.m.), though any accumulation should be little to none. Winds are light from the west initially, and skies gradually trend toward partly sunny as the morning progresses. It will feel raw and damp early on.

Afternoon: Sees improvement to partly sunny conditions with highs climbing near 50°F. Winds pick up a bit from the west at 10-15 mph at times, adding a breezy feel, but the precipitation chance drops off after early morning. Overall, it is a cool but improving day with limited sunbreaks.
Evening: Brings clearing skies and falling temperatures into the mid- to upper 30s°F by late evening, trending toward mostly clear overnight with lows dropping near 30°F or slightly below by morning. Winds lighten up, and any lingering moisture dissipates.
It’s a “C-” day!
