Residential Properties Ltd. announced the sale of 323–329 Wickenden Street in Providence for $1.45 million, with RPL Sales Associate Eddie Rayden representing the seller in the transaction.
Located in Providence’s Fox Point neighborhood near historic College Hill, the circa-1798 Isaac Peck House is a mixed-use multi-unit property featuring five total units. The property is currently zoned as a three-family dwelling with an office unit and arts studio unit.
The property sits within walking distance of Wickenden Street shops and restaurants, local universities, and India Point Park along the Providence waterfront.
