Pawtucket to Honor Veterans – More Veterans Info To Come
Many Veterans activities are being held on Monday and over the weekend in recognition of Veterans Day. Look for more details coming tomorrow. Here is one event in Pawtucket:
Monday, November 11th, 11am – Pawtucket City Hall
The Pawtucket Veterans Council, Mayor Donald R. Grebien, and the Pawtucket City Council will hold a ceremony to honor “the veterans of this great nation” during the Veterans Day Ceremony. The ceremony will include the National Anthem and Amazing Grace by the Tolman High School Chorus. Brandon Camara from Jacqueline M. Walsh School for the Arts will be performing the Taps. After the event, all in attendance will be asked to assemble at the Major Walter G. Gatchell VFW Post 306, 171 Fountain St. for collation.
