ask chef walter - master chef takes your questions on cooking

New feature: “Ask Chef Walter…”

Chef Walter Potenza is taking your culinary questions!

A native of Abruzzo, Italy, Chef Walter is known as one of the nation’s most passionate and accomplished traditional and historical Italian cooking practitioners.

Since 1995 Chef Walters Cooking School has been identified as the leader in the Recreational Cooking Business. After owning and operating restaurants since the mid-80s, he felt compelled to share his acquired knowledge through cooking classes, and culinary education and hopefully inspire participants to cook healthier, simpler, while developing fun culinary logic…the essential ingredient.

From Private Classes for Two, to what he calls Recreational Classes, to Team Building, to Tours and Cooking Weeks, Chef Walter offers world-class cooking courses you can take right here in the heart of Rhode Island! Classes offered are the widest selection of recreational cooking classes in the region. Classes are offered with new and innovative themes, following trends, health, wellness, and more. The Cooking School – a little piece of Italy inside and out – is at 162 Mayfield Avenue, in Cranston.
