Navigant Awards $291K in Grants to 16 Rhode Island Nonprofits
The Navigant Credit Union Charitable Foundation recently approved and awarded $291,000 in grant funding to directly support 16 nonprofit organizations operating across Rhode Island.

An independent, 501(c)3 charity established in 2017, the Navigant Credit Union Charitable Foundation is dedicated to making impactful financial contributions to support locally based organizations focused on education, social services, arts & culture, public health, and civic engagement. These grants will positively impact over 38,000 Rhode Islanders, helping to meet basic needs, provide food and shelter, expand access to financial literacy, and support participation in the arts.
In total, the Foundation awarded 33 high-impact grants in 2024 worth a total of more than $570,000. Since the Foundation began awarding funding in 2022, it has distributed nearly $1.8 million since 2022.

- BPOE Lodge 850, Woonsocket, RI ($10,000)
- Boys & Girls Club of Providence ($10,000)
- Boys & Girls Club of Warwick ($10,000)
- Clinica Esperanza / Hope Clinic ($21,800)
- Community Care Alliance ($13,000)
- FirstWorks ($10,000)
- Girl Scouts of Southeastern New England ($15,000)
- Habitat for Humanity West Bay / Northern RI, Inc. ($10,000)
- North Kingstown Food Pantry ($40,000)
- Operation Stand Down Rhode Island ($18,000)
- Pawtucket Central Falls Development ($20,000)
- Saint Raphael Academy ($60,000)
- Saint Teresa School ($19,000)
- Seven Hills Rhode Island ($10,000)
- St. Cecilia School ($10,000)
