Nationwide Film/TV strike averted – agreement reached
A Nationwide Film/TV Strike – which would have impacted the filming of Hocus Pocus 2 in Rhode Island – has been averted as 3-year tentative agreement is reached.
IATSE Pres. Loeb called it a “Hollywood ending”. The agreement addresses the core issues of reasonable rest periods; meal breaks; a living wage; and increased compensation to be paid by new-media companies.
