House Speaker K. Joseph Shekarchi introduced legislation to enable temporary emergency housing structures for people experiencing homelessness during severe weather and/or natural or man-made disasters. Harvard joins other colleges and universities in adopting the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance definition of antisemitism (which includes examples) – ‘Antisemitism is a certain perception of Jews, which may be expressed as hatred toward Jews. Rhetorical and physical manifestations of antisemitism are directed toward Jewish or non-Jewish individuals and/or their property, toward Jewish community institutions and religious facilities’. They did this as part of their settlement to resolve Students Against Antisemitism’s claims against Harvard.

    I wish one of your writers could develop and report this story. It would be a public service that would contribute greatly to the public’s understanding of what occured here.
