Holtermann’s Bakery in Staten Island was called out by Whoopi Goldberg for refusing a large order of pastry for her birthday – Goldberg said on air that maybe it was because of her politics. Holtermann’s held a press conference to explain about the size of the order and a malfunctioning boiler system and railed about Goldberg’s statements. Since, they have been overwhelmed with orders and their website is down. Goldberg has doubled down on her claim.
