Hi there, I’m Cheryl and I volunteer at the RISPCA shelter in Warwick by dog walking, fundraising and social media messaging. I am here to share with you a peek at your new adoptable BFF!
Come meet Archer!
This love bug’s favorite day of the year is Valentine’s Day! The very definition of archer, one who shoots a bow and arrow at a target, this four-legged cupid shoots his cupid arrow at anyone who crosses his path.
The RISCPA staff and volunteers have fallen under his spell and are madly in love with this pup. All of us at RISPCA wish we could change the calendars forward to February so we can help this furry cupid shot his arrow straight into his new fur-ever home.
Archer is a big lovable teddy bear who is ready to steal your heart with his arrow! Whether he’s sitting in your lap or going for a nice long walk, he is ready to be your loyal companion. He is a gentle boy and oh so very sweet. He loves to give kisses and receive kisses from everyone he meets. Archer loves people and wants all the affection he can get!
He’d do great in a home with someone who’s willing to give him time and love to get comfortable. He can be a bit skittish at times but responds well to any ‘scary’ situations with just a little bit of extra love. Don’t be intimidated by his size, he is the truest of gentlemen.
Archer enjoys playing ball and after a session of catch he enjoys himself a nice chew stick. Archer can be dog selective. If you are looking for your favorite furry fur-ever companion, then come meet this four-legged cupid!
