Clockwork: Rhode Island’s first nail painting robot coming to Glistening Goddesses in Johnston
Clockwork, the pioneer in robotics for the beauty industry, is bringing the world’s first nail painting robot to Rhode Island! Starting August 12th, Glistening Goddesses in Johnston—a go-to spot for popular spray tans—will be home to the Clockwork MiNiCURE service, offering convenience with a touch of futuristic flair.

Customers can now stack their beauty services by getting a spray tan and then having their nails “perfectly painted” by a Clockwork robot—all in one visit – says the Clockwork material.
Clockwork’s fully autonomous robots use proprietary AI and 3D vision technology to paint nails perfectly in under 10 minutes – for a bargain price of $15, when compared with traditional industry standards. The service is tailored for those with busy schedules – and beauty enthusiasts – alike. This express service is designed to elevate self-care to a new level nationwide.
Details on how nails can be prepared for the polish application process such as removing nail polish, shaping and cleaning nails will be available by contacting Glistening Goddesses. The robot is a nail polish application process only.
The products used include a selection of vibrant colors from top brands like Essie, OPI, and Zoya, and an easy-to-use touchscreen. With over 20 robots deployed nationwide, Clockwork says they “are thrilled to introduce the future of self-care to Rhode Island” at Glistening Goddesses. The company has locations in Providence and Seekonk, but the new robot services will only be available in Johnston.
