Founded by Tiesha Sinouthasy in 2020, Peace of Mind Nannies is dedicated to providing in-home and special event care for all children and young adults up to age 21, while specializing in those on the autism spectrum and with other disabilities. Peace of Mind Nannies followed a comprehensive registration process to secure licensure with the Massachusetts Department of Labor Standards. Caregivers undergo extensive screening including the application process, interviews, reference checks, online and social media screen and finally an annual background check. The background check consists of a national criminal background, sex offender registry, motor vehicle and a Massachusetts Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) check.
