Business Beat:  Meaghan Colannino joins Engel & Völkers

Luxury Rhode Island real estate brokerage gains design and staging specialist

Engel & Völkers of East Greenwich announced today that Meaghan Colannino has joined its brokerage as a real estate advisor, bringing more than a decade of sales, design, and new construction expertise to this new role.

She joins Engel & Völkers from Keller Williams Realty. Prior to starting her real estate career six years ago, Meaghan worked in corporate sales out of Boston. Living in the city inspired her to begin her real estate career, where she worked as a broker’s assistant to learn the ropes. She now helps clients across Rhode Island and Massachusetts, with a specialty in Boston’s South Shore market.

Meaghan also offers interior design and staging services to her clients. She has assisted in designing floorplans for multiple new construction projects in Massachusetts. “Creating a vision for my clients is extremely important to me,” says Meaghan. “I enjoy helping clients see the possible opportunities when purchasing a new home. I look forward to continuing to provide this service to my clients.”

Meaghan holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Communications from Johnson & Wales University. She is a member of the Northern Rhode Island Board of Realtors. She is licensed in RI and MA.
