ART! Free public Block Party at Providence Art Club
Portrait of Aimee, charcoal on mylar, by Nancy Gaucher-Thomas
Join PAC President Shawn Kenney and the Providence Art Club for a party like no other! On Sunday, August 28th from 12-4pm, the Club invites its members and the public to explore their historic haven for the arts with guided tours and open studios! Taking place alongside our 2022 Fall Members Exhibition, this is the perfect time to check the recent work from Exhibiting members, and meet the newest ones at the Club.

Check out the awards ceremony for our 2022 Fall Members Exhibition. Beginning at 2pm, Gallery Manager Michael Rose will be presenting several awards to the artists with winning works.
They will also be unveiling the presidential portrait for past-President Nancy Gaucher-Thomas, commissioned by talented Exhibiting Member Natalie Featherston.
Throughout the afternoon, visitors can enjoy ‘Thomas Street Tacos’, fun cocktail specials, and a special wine tasting from local craft winery, Anchor & Hope. A credit card bar will also be available to those preferring spirits. Live music will be performed throughout the event to add to the celebratory ambience.
Admission to this highly anticipated event will be free for both members of the Providence Art Club and the public.
