In 2011, Susan Lataille joined Jay, bringing her event production expertise and helping grow the expo through 2018. In 2019, Rick Lataille added his entertainment industry experience, enhancing the event’s creativity and energy. After a brief pandemic hiatus, Susan, Rick, and Jay reunited with a renewed mission to support Rhode Island’s small business community. With over 60 years of combined experience, their team is dedicated to fostering connection, learning, and collaboration for local entrepreneurs.
