Residential Properties Ltd. has announced the sale of 750 Elmgrove Avenue on Providence’s East Side for $3,275,000 — the highest sale of any kind in Providence County so far this year, according to State-Wide MLS data.

The transaction was handled by Residential Properties Ltd., with Sales Associate Jim DeRentis representing the seller and Sales Associate Ellen Kasle representing the buyer.

Set on a half-acre in Providence’s Upper Elmgrove neighborhood, the 6-bedroom, 5.1-bath Colonial Revival is described as a private mini estate surrounded by park-like grounds and some of the East Side’s grandest homes.
