Cold and bright. Around 30–35°F near sunrise, with clear to mostly sunny skies. It’ll feel sharply chilly if you’re out early for shopping.

Still on the cool side but pleasant in the sun. Highs reach about 41–43°F with mostly to partly sunny skies. A couple of passing clouds or even a few stray flurries can’t be ruled out, but it stays basically dry.

Evening

Chilly and calm. Temperatures slip back through the 30s°F (mid-30s by late evening) under mostly clear skies. Good for driving; just cold if you’re out and about.

Cold, but dry, bright, and calm — very decent Black Friday weather for Rhode Island, especially for travel and shopping errands, as long as people are layered up.
