I MADE THE FATAL ERROR

Last week I was minding my own business, going through some things in my closet to donate and doing some spring cleaning. These are things I generally enjoy doing and I find are peaceful though extremely mundane. On a whim, I decided to see what was happening on FB and check out the latest rants from different folks I tend to follow… THAT… was a fatal error.

I came across a guy who shows up in my feed routinely who made a great point about the hypocrisy of screeching LIBERALS, and I jumped into the conversation which was about as productive as watching Sisyphus struggle in his futile and unending task. I didn’t say anything that wasn’t true, and I wasn’t labeling or judging… I simply corrected a few things people were saying and provided facts… you can imagine that went as well as Rosie O’ Donnell competing in a beauty contest. (Even she has said she’s not a looker… so, settle down).

I think the questions I have for people who are hell bent on praying for TRUMP to fail and calling for his assassination using sneaky secret messages in what appears to be routine conversations on BLUESKY are: why are you here in this country if it’s so damn debilitating to your psyche and spirit? Why not move to other countries who have socialist or communist policies already in place if you believe so fervently in that cause? EXAMPLES- Venezuela, Cuba, North Korea, CHINA, Vietnam, Angola, Ethiopia, Mozambique… there are plenty of places to feel right at home in without the constant (and exhausting to see) picketing, rioting or hysteria you engage in daily.

ALSO, how can you refuse to ignore that MASS MIGRATION is destroying countries all over the world and turning them into third world cesspools steamrolled with hatred for local culture? (which, coincidentally, is being paid for by the very people whose lives are being upended)…  WHY do you feel supporting hardcore CRIMINALS who rape and kill Americans is altruistic, and lastly, how can women liberals scream ALL OVER THE SOCIAL’S saying “WE ARE NOT GOING BACK” without realizing that the freedoms many women fought for way back in the day are being chipped away at by MEN in “woman-face” all over the country.

THIS ALL seems extraordinarily insane to me, folks, but trying to point this out to a “fact checker” or “professional agitator” is a colossal waste of time. What I’ve concluded here is that many “LIBERALS” on FB have “depression, anxiety disorder, are confused about gender, always in need of “safe spaces”, require MENTAL HEALTH DAYS off from work, can’t pay student loans back, are consummate “victims” and still live in their parent’s basement. YET, THEY seem to have the answers on how to FIX ALL THE PROBLEMS IN THE WORLD. Nah… all set. 

Your “moral relativism” and insane view of REALITY is such bologna it’s worse than Elizabeth Warren saying she’s Native American. THAT’S BAD. REALLY BAD. My secret wish? We could go back in time, and I could drop OFF all your a$$es on OMAHA BEACH so you could fully understand what was sacrificed on your behalf so you could publicly declare how much you HATE this nation. MY GOD I wish I could do that. In the meantime… I’m avoiding any back and forth with folks who have blue hair. Yep, I’m definitely profiling. Totally profiling and not ashamed of it.

 THE “TRUST ME” ASSIGNMENT

WE have all heard them… FAMOUS LAST WORDS for many as they sign on the dotted line, get into relationships, call DIONNE WARWICK “psychics network” hotline, negotiate politics, ORDER at a restaurant OR WATCH THE NEWS. Do we really TRUST anything these days? Is there ANYTHING we can trust at all besides GOD or dogs? Even the dog one is iffy. My dog will wander off with anyone that gives her food! She’s FAT!! Hahahahaha, but I’m serious. Can anything or ANYONE be trusted? EVERYTHING seems so performative, and everyone is so damn fake it makes my skin crawl. HERE’S YOUR ASSIGNMENT! THE BREAKFAST CLUB

HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE GRADUATIONS are right around the corner, and it always gets me thinking about the films “SIXTEEN CANDLES” and “THE BREAKFAST CLUB”. As I’ve aged, I’ve morphed into this mega geek which is really interesting because many moons ago I wanted desperately to be the cool kid at school who had the cool clothes, a cool existence and cool parents! I’m not really sure anyone in high school is all of those things but what’s even funnier to me is that I believe I now embody all of the characters of that film just in different ways and with varying circumstances.

EXAMPLES: sometimes I’m “Brian the nerd”- when I’m driving to and from wherever below the speed limit… sometimes I’m “Allison the basket case” when I’m watching the hawk fly away with a birdy I’ve been feeding… sometimes I’m “Andrew the jock”- when I’m out running the really out of shape older ladies at the gym… sometimes I’m “Bender the criminal” when I put jellies in my pocket after going out to breakfast on a Sunday and once a year, I get to be “Claire the princess”, but only on my birthday! The film is a snapshot of the 80’s to a degree but let’s not get all insane here. It was just ok and certainly not worthy of a remake. BTW, Molly Ringwald has said that the film “was too white” and didn’t want to see it get made again because it doesn’t address “gender”. Sit down, Molly, with your oh so 2022 take. Does anyone think “HOUSEPARTY” was too “black”? I can’t stand when people inject race into things that don’t need race injected into it. It’s just “virtue signaling” so she can be “seen as” socially “mindful”. ugh. ANYWAY… who have YOU become as you’ve aged? The really cool kids peaked WAY TOO soon in high school, thus – the cool kids are probably now the “geeks”… and I wouldn’t doubt that the “GEEKS” (some) have become the “JAKES”. ANYTHING is possible people!!!!!  Leave your comments below!!!!
