RI Weather Today, Tuesday 5/5/20
By Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
A similar setup to Monday with another round of upper level energy kicking up some midday cloud cover, but again no rain expected. An airmass shifting in from the north will mean cooler temps, afternoon highs only in the low 60’s from morning lows around 40. Northwesterly winds will continue through the day, some gusts a bit over 20 mph adding just a slight chill to the cooler temps.
