Rhode Island Weather for December 13, 2023 – John Donnelly
by John Donnelly, meteorologist
High pressure keeps the chilly air in place, with the added thrill of wind chills dragging the apparent temperature down about 10 degrees, so afternoon highs in the upper 30’s will feel like it’s below freezing after morning lows in the upper 20’s. Winds out of the west gusting to 25 mph.
It’s a “B-” day!
