In the Arena: Joe Paolino Jr. talks with Judge Frank Caprio

Earlier this week, Judge Frank Caprio disclosed he is battling pancreatic cancer. In a simple, but compelling video, he asked for one thing from people who admire him and are concerned with his welfare – he asked for prayers.
