RI Weather Today, Tuesday 12/31/19:
By Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
Occluded frontal system is gathering up it’s things and heading out of town…
We’ll have some lingering mist and cool drizzle overnight into Taco Tuesday with winds shifting to westerly through the day as cloud cover diminishes as well. Morning lows will settle in the mid 30’s and afternoon highs will reach the upper 40’s to around 50 with increasing sunshine to close out the year.
Decent day, could be much worse.
Bye-bye 2019!!
