TO WORK: RI Statewide Virtual Job Fair – Thursday

Two mega job fairs will be held this week – you can apply over your computerwearing your fluffy slippers.

The Rhode Island Statewide Job Fair will be held on Thursday, September 23rd from 9am to 5pm. This virtual Job Expo is hosted by the RI Dept. of Labor and Training and the RI Society for Human Resource Management.

Once you register for the virtual expo, you’ll be able to explore available jobs and apply to the ones you’re interested in. During the event, you’ll be able to interview with hiring managers and share your resume virtually.

Every registrant will be entered into a drawing for a $100 Amazon Gift Card! There will be two winners pulled on September 23rd.

The expo will held via the virtual platform Whova. To successfully access the event, you’ll need to create a free user profile on Whova. Be sure to create your profile using the same email address you use to register for the event. When you’ve finished creating a profile, you’ll be able to explore the expo’s scheduled events and decide which employer sessions you want to participate in.
