Your RI Weather – Today, June 23, 2021
by John Donnelly, meteorologist
As the cold front tracks well out to sea, dry air pulled in by high pressure drags dew points down through the 50’s for a noticeably more pleasant feel to the air. Morning lows start in the upper 50’s with a northwesterly breeze and climb to the mid 70’s with winds shifting to southwesterly in the afternoon. Plenty of sunshine under breaking and thinning cloud cover as high pressure builds.
