RI Weekend Weather Wrap – Sat/Sun, Sept. 19/20, 2020
by Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
Saturday 9/19/20:
Cool and dry air settles in through the day with low dew points and winds lightening up during the afternoon. Clear, with maybe some wispy cirrus and wildfire haze aloft, highs in the low 60’’s from morning lows in the upper 40’s. Northeasterly winds dropping to below 10 mph mid afternoon.
Sunday 9/20/20:

Cool and dry trend continues, with a very minor upper level disturbance rolling through town that will only stir up some scattered cloud cover, no rain of any sort, sadly. Afternoon highs around 60 from early lows in the upper 40’s with a northeasterly wind gusting during the afternoon.
