Gimme’ Shelter: Luna will be over the moon to come to YOUR home! – Cheryl Tudino
by Cheryl Tudino, contributing writer, RISPCA
Hi there, I’m Cheryl, a volunteer at the RISPCA in Warwick, full-time treat dealer, poop scoop enthusiast, and unpaid publicist for dogs who deserve way more followers than influencers.
Today I am over the moon to introduce you to Luna 🌙
Some dogs are written in stars, and Luna just might be your cosmic connection! This 48.5-pound lovebug has a heart bigger than the moon and a serious appreciation for the finer things in life: cozy cuddles, her favorite humans, and being treated as center of the universe, which is only fair.
Luna can be a little shy at first. Think of her as a moonbeam that takes a minute to come out from behind the clouds. But once she feels safe and loved, watch out! Her love comes in full moon sized quantities. Seeing her favorite people sends her into orbit!
She is a social girl who has met ‘astro-dogs’ and enjoys herself a little ‘astro-dog’ playtime. Felines are still an undiscovered galaxy, so slow introductions would be best. She has also met ‘astro-children’ and has done well with these smaller humans.
The best part? Luna is currently enjoying life in a foster home, waiting for someone to complete her world. Could you that someone be you?
If you are looking for a little extra love, laughter, and a reason to howl at the moon, Luna is ready to be your whole universe.
Don’t leave this little moonbeam wishing upon a star for a family. Make her adoption dreams come true, apply to adopt Luna at https://www.rispca.org/adoptable-dogs , or email [email protected] with any questions!
