Your Weekend Weather Wrap – Sept. 25/26, 2021 – John Donnelly

Saturday 9/25/21:
Our cold front stalls out as it is having trouble making progress pressing up against subtropical storm Teresa over the Atlantic. Cloud cover sticks around and periods of rain back up somewhat and affect the area in the afternoon and evening with rain likely into the predawn hours of Sunday morning. Daytime highs around 70 from morning lows in the low 60’s with a light northerly breeze.
Sunday 9/26/21:
Teresa gives way and allow the cold front to advance east of our area putting a stop to the drizzle and light rain early, and clearing eventually taking place as high pressure begins to move in and dry the air out. Daytime highs in the mid 70’s with evening lows in the upper 50’s and a northwesterly breeze gustingaround 20 mph.
