Your RI Weekend Weather Wrap – April 17/18, 2021
by Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
Saturday 4/17/21:
Sneaky Winter-like storm in Spring is out of our hair, with only some leftover cloud cover and gusty winds left over until midday/early afternoon. Cloud cover then breaks up and temps rise to mid afternoon levels in the low 50’s from morning lows in the upper 30’s. Northerly winds still gusting towards 30 mph before calming down in the afternoon.
Sunday 4/18/21:

Some fair weather will be an improvement, and the second half of the weekend will prove to be just that. Still some cloud cover, but sunshine will find a way to help warm things up to the upper 50’s in the afternoon from morning lows around 40. Winds light and generally out of the northwest.
