Your RI Weather Today – Tues, March 16, 2021
by Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
Winds should continue to die down somewhat, but we’ll still get some gusts around 20 mph that’ll drag wind chills down to an uncomfortable range during the day, with afternoon highs in the upper 30’s and morning lows again in the teens. Cloud cover will increase through the day as low pressure developing over the mid-Atlantic states moves east, but should stay to our south, as should any associated precipitation. We may see some flakes in the hours before sunrise, but chances are low.
