TO WORK: Needed are RNs, CNAs at Cherry Hill Manor

They’re taken to doing mailers to family members of residents – but we actually think that’s a great way to recruit. Cherry Hill Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Johnston is looking for staff most of the time, but it seems particularly urgent for RNs and CNAs right now.

They call their staff “Superheros” and are offering sign on bonuses that vary from $1,000 to $3,000.

Located in Johnston, Rhode Island, Cherry Hill Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a continuum-of-care campus offering short-term rehabilitation and long-term care as well as assisted living via The Bridge at Cherry Hill.

In addition to RNs and CNAs there are approximately 13 separate categories, including dietary aide, housekeeping assistant, LPNs and different kinds of Physical Therapists.

Cherry Hill is one of the Life Care Centers of America facilities, which includes Evergreen House Health Center in East Providence and 15 centers in Massachusetts. There are no other Life Care Centers in New England.
